ETAP 2008 Submission Deadline is 12:00 pm EST, Monday, September 29, 2008
1) Please review the nomination categories and descriptions with appropriate staff and nominate your highest priority candidates.
2) If you have any difficulty using the web-based submission system, please contact Taia Bonewitz at (800) 917-7732, ext. 1467 for assistance. You may leave a voice message at any time or send a text message to
tbonewitz@govtech.com.
3) Please write clear, concise statements, and spell the first use of all acronyms. Assume that the readers are not familiar with your organization's roles, responsibilities or jargon. Please briefly describe the context (where appropriate) in your responses, so the reader can understand the program area that the technology is being applied to, what the project was designed to address, and the results. The nomination submission is the complete entry. No additional documentation will be reviewed.
4) The recipients, as determined by the Evaluation Committee, will be recognized at a formal ceremony to be held as part of the New York City Technology Forum. A reception will immediately follow the ceremony.
Helpful Hint -- --
Before you do anything else, for each category in which you wish to submit an entry, please copy the questions into a Word document. Take your time refining and finalizing your answers in the Word document. When you are ready to submit your entry, copy and paste your completed answers from your Word document into the appropriate fields of the on-line form. Please save your Word document as your file copy of your submission.
Though this process has proven extremely reliable, sometimes information does get lost, and if your entry is not retrievable, it can't be judged. By following this suggestion, you'll always have a copy of everything you submit.
Thank you for your participation.
