Features of the site include an IT overview and profile of all 50 states and the nation's top city and county governments; RFP/RFI tracking system; inside headlines news on the latest trends and initiatives in government; executive teleconferences with government IT officials; and much more.
- GOVERNMENT TECHNOLOGY INTERNATIONAL is an online magazine featuring articles on local, regional and national governments around the world and how they are utilizing information technology. It also includes links to best practices and helpful resources.
- CUSTOM RESEARCH PROGRAMS identify targeted data points and uncover key areas of opportunity. From small research projects to complex documents, our team of professional researchers and analysts provide timely, relevant information and analysis on the growing IT market. Most membership packages include three hours per month of custom research and analysis (Valet Service).
- DIGITAL STATES SURVEY is the nation's survey of record. In its seventh year, the Digital States is a yearlong study that rewards state governments for their innovative use of information technology to deliver services their citizens.

- PRIORITY WATCH is a premium service available to members of the Center. A biweekly digest of news, legislation and policy positions of state administrations, Priority Watch also provides periodic trend analysis alerts.
- SIGNATURE SERIES is series of powerful White Papers that are authored by Center for Digital Government thought leaders. The series of four Papers offer guidance and foresight to governments who wish to successfully operate and serve their citizens through information technology.
- E-PUBLICATIONS: The Center publishes two e-newsletters: The Homeland Report covers homeland security issues in relation to IT in state, city, and county governments. Center Spotlight offers insight into some of the Center's major activities, projects, surveys, and more.
- BEST OF BREED REPORTS are specialized executive summaries that are published following each of the Center's major survey awards program, such as the Best of the Web, Digital States Survey, and Digital Cities Survey. Based on a set of criteria, Best of Breed reports profile the most innovative, successful IT projects and leaders in government.
- IN THE ARENA is a special awards program developed by the Center that recognizes some of the most innovative, hard-working, trend-setting government IT leaders in the nation.
